I’ve got an exciting week ahead with Petit LeMans on the schedule! I’ll be driving the Forbush Performance Supra GT4 in the Michelin Pilot race on Friday afternoon, and I’m really looking forward to making my debut as a driver with the team.
We get started on track at Road Atlanta today with the first Michelin Pilot practice. It will be a busy week with so many series racing. One of those series is the Idemitsu MX-5 Cup. The championship battle in that series is coming down to the wire at this event, and it will be decided in the season finale on Friday.
We had a fun promotional event on Tuesday night, where fans got to see the cars and get driver autographs. We had a great turnout, and I had a lot of fun!
Saturday’s Petit LeMans marks the final race for Mazda’s prototype program. This is a program that I’ve been a part of for many years, and seeing it come to an end has me feeling really nostalgic.
