I just wrapped up an abbreviated race weekend at Sebring for the HSR Classic 12 Hour, and I’ll be heading back to Sebring this coming week for the IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring event.
I had a lot of fun this past week with Forbush Performance, campaigning their Ligier LMP3 car in the Prototype Challenge category. Unfortunately, we were sidelined early with some mechanical issues that kept us from completing the full event.
It was so much fun to be driving a prototype at Sebring, and although the weekend didn’t finish the way we wanted, we’re looking forward to continuing the season with the team at future HSR races.

The Lamborghini Super Trofeo Evo2 is an absolute beast to drive!
Now, it’s time to look at the week ahead, which will include the first two rounds of the 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo season. I was recently at Sebring for a couple days of testing with a coaching client in that series. Dean Neuls will be competing in the AM category this season, and I’m excited to be coaching him in his endeavors. This will be Dean’s first time racing on U.S. soil, so all the tracks will be new for him.
Dean has proven to be a quick learner, as evidenced at the Sebring test, and I’m eager to see what he accomplishes this week. We’re anticipating a field of nearly 40 cars at Sebring, so it should be exciting.
I look forward to giving a full recap of the famed 12 Hours of Sebring event next week!
